At Sixer, we value your trust and are committed to providing premium clothing with the best service. We know online shopping for clothes can sometimes come with concerns, so we’ve made our exchange policy simple and fair — especially when something isn’t right.


7-Day Exchange Policy – Damaged or Defective Items Only

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a free exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria for Exchange:

  1. Item must be damaged, misprinted, or incorrect upon delivery.

  2. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

  3. Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  4. Original tags and labels must be attached, and item must be returned in its original packaging.

  5. You must send us clear pictures/videos of the issue along with your order number.

Once approved, we’ll process an exchange for the same item/size (subject to availability) and cover the delivery charges for the replacement.


No Returns or Exchanges on Size Issues or Change of Mind

Due to hygiene and quality control, we do not offer exchanges or returns for:

  • Size issues (please refer to the size chart before ordering)

  • Change of mind

  • Color tone variations due to screen differences

  • Dislike of fabric after use

We strongly recommend reviewing product details and size guides carefully before placing your order.

Important Conditions:

  • Products sent back for exchange without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Any item returned with tags removed, signs of wear, stains, perfume, or alterations will not qualify for exchange.

  • Items bought during sales or promotions are non-exchangeable unless received damaged or defective.
